Iowa law complicates efforts to create Des Moines police review board

Des Moines City Council customers debated on Tuesday irrespective of whether condition law makes it possible for the metropolis to build a law enforcement division critique board that could critique investigations of law enforcement misconduct. 

Through a do the job session, Des Moines City Supervisor Scott Sanders offered a plan to the council that would create an advisory law enforcement office citizen review board.
