Can plants think? The burgeoning field of plant neurobiology has a lot to say on the matter

People in america like to mow their lawns, but blades of grass aren’t supposed to all have the exact duration. Left un-sheared, an all-all-natural lawn contains grasses of wildly varying heights, extra akin to an unruly, uncombed head of hair proper immediately after a extensive night’s sleep. A lawn is not a one organism, but a massive local community of crops that have individual heights remaining mowed is not the normal state for a blade of grass.
