Premier Forest Products expands with latest acquisition

Newport-based mostly Leading Forest Products and solutions has additional expanded with the acquisition of Monmouthshire Timber Materials.

Mon Timber, a provider of timber goods, joinery and roof trusses, operates from three web pages in South Wales.

The acquisition of Mon Timber even further extends Leading Forest’s products portfolio and provider capabilities. The value of the deal has not been disclosed.
