“When I appeared at the guidelines, I will not lie, I was shocked at the prolonged treatment, that at any supplied place prior to the real Senate impeachment trial proceedings could disqualify the copious amounts of proof that demonstrate apparent and repetitive steps of felony, corruption, and neglect of responsibility by Governor Torres more than these various several years. Without having the evidence to again it up, the impeachment system is incomplete,” she said.

“Doing what is right is never effortless, but it is normally the suitable detail to do. So, senators, we inquire that you do what is appropriate for the folks: to be fair. These policies? They are not reasonable. They skew in favor of this impeached governor.”

She also pointed out that there were no limits put on who the impeached official can have as lawful counsel and workers for the impeachment proceedings.

“Again, this is remarkably biased, partial, and unfair to the Household of Reps… I am not a legal professional, but primarily based on my comprehension of the proposed procedures, the Senate will not be conducting a reasonable and neutral demo and, if these guidelines are adopted, we could not even have a trial at all. The proposed procedures are littered with bias. It’s really evident and evident that the scales of justice have been deliberately tipped to accommodate the impeached,” she explained.

In accordance to Sen. Deleon Guerrero, “It is obvious that the adopted impeachment regulations do not spell justice.”
